Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

We may offer paid subscriptions and a free trial. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.

If you are eligible for a refund, it must be requested within 14 days of your billing date. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Use of the Services

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the Services or their security;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services or other users;

AI Features and Financial Information Disclaimer

The Services may include AI-powered features provided in part through third-party AI providers. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

Scripnote does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Services.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services. You grant Scripnote a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display your content only as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers such as OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
